My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice amenities like a choice of pillows, a refrigerator, and good free wifi, but the check-in experience was a bit of a hassle as our room wasn't reserved when we arrived back from a day of sightseeing at 5 p.m. The service was friendly overall, but there were delays in room cleaning until late in the evening. The location was convenient, with easy access to I-90 and various dining options nearby, including an Outback Steak House next door. The dining experience was excellent with a varied selection and unexpected protein offerings, though there was a need for improvement in managing the rush during dining hours.
